Specializing in medical weight management and longevity medicine, Innovative Vitality is a concierge primary care clinic for those who are looking to take their health from normal to exceptional. Social media is Innovative Vitality’s greatest tool to spread information, education and give access to this niche medical practice. Using a combination of reels and posts, I created content for organic and paid media to market this clinic to the northern Chicago neighborhoods.

As the worlds of traditional medicine and functional medicine collide, there are scientific methods that prove there are better ways to prevent disease and aging. My assignment was to design a broad overview marketing brochure for patients that are interested in Innovative Vitality services. Used as a sales piece for potential patients, I kept the classic Innovative design style and branding, but elevated the overall design style to reflect the level of care being given.

My assignment was to create a landing page for Innovative Vitality’s prospective patients where we could collect leads and provide additional education on the brand. I created this landing page as a tool for Innovative Vitality to generate interest and leads before we officially launched the brand. Created using unbounce.com, the site gave a glimpse into the who, what, and why surrounding the new clinic concept, as well as an opportunity to fill out a form for more information.

The Innovative Care brand was designed to introduce the rebrand of Innovative Care. Innovative Care began as a house of brands—Innovative Express Care, Innovative Primary Care, Innovative Therapy and more. In the Fall of 2022, we decided that these separate medical clinics would perform better when consolidated within one branded house. To achieve this, we rebranded under the name Innovative Care and currently offer urgent care, primary care and therapy as three pillars of care under that name. Prior to this, most of the patients we treated knew us from the COVID-19 care we gave during the pandemic and loved us for the business efficiencies and technology we offered. To convert these loyal testers into primary care patients, we showed patients they could receive the same exceptional care for their everyday health at Innovative Care. We call it Everyday Healthcare, Evolved. Our brochure provided a top level view of the care that each pillar provides and the billboards displayed some of the ways we provide an improved healthcare experience for our patients.

Prior to our rebrand in 2022, the clinics of Innovative Care each operated using their own website, all being held together by scotch tape and paper clips. When we consolidated our three main healthcare clinics under the name Innovative Care, we needed to build a robust and efficient website that equally displayed our three pillars of care and reflected the word Innovative in all its aspects. The site had to be fast and functional—with an interface that was aesthetically intuitive. Together with the talented folks at Orbit Media, we created a beautiful site that fulfilled the needs of our patients and the wants of our clinics. Most importantly, you can learn everything you need to know about Innovative Care and fully book an appointment online in under three clicks—all on our homepage.

Innovative Care tasked me with designing a stand-out art mural that would establish Innovative Care as a permanent part of Lincoln Park. Being our first primary care clinic, we wanted the design to show Chicago pride and feel connected to the neighborhood, all with a pinch of graffiti style. To achieve this, I moved away from the Innovative Care brand colors and font to develop a billboard that is both eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing. Standing at Ashland and Fullerton in Chicago, this busy intersection is the perfect spot for some branding that is loud, proud, and fun.
